1. General rules

Violation Sanctions
1.1. Transferring contact information (Telegram, Discord, Facebook profile or phone number, etc.) to another user in any way. Using contact information received from another user. 1.3. Transferring or disclosing personal data (username, player ID, amount of payment, etc.) to third parties with the intention to harm the user. Suspension of all current and any new violator’s accounts. Suspension of payouts.
1.4. Attempting to buy or sell a FunPay account. Permanent suspension of all accounts (without suspension of payouts).
1.5. Placing links or names of any Internet resources, illegal, pornographic, or political information (flags, historical figures, etc.) on a profile picture. Deleting a profile picture. Suspension of the account in case of repeated violations (without suspension of payouts).
1.6. Mentioning links or names of any Internet resources, illegal or political information in the nickname. Renaming.
1.7. Violations in the general chat: messages about sales, links to offers, discussion or advertising of trading internet resources, posting bulk purchase requests in an inappropriate section, criticism of other sellers or their offers, spam, flooding, insults, political discussions, as well as any messages that violate current legislation. Temporary suspension of general chat. Suspension of the account in case of repeated violations (without suspension of payouts).
1.8. Violation of the rules of communication in private chat or another place: insults, threats, spamming with offers, message flooding. Forcing dialogue with political overtones, sending erotic materials without the consent of the other party. Warning. Temporary suspension of the account in case of multiple violations.
1.9. Advertising, spamming, mass mailing to users. Temporary or permanent suspension of the account (without suspension of payouts).
1.10. Fraud and deceiving other users, intentional harm. Permanent suspension of all current and any new violator’s accounts. Suspension of payouts.
1.11. Exchanging or transferring money from one payment system to another, transferring money from one bank account to another without making any orders. Carding and other types of financial fraud. Permanent suspension of all current and any new violator’s accounts. Suspension of payouts.
1.12. Sharing links to file and image hosting services without an obvious need (for example, transferring a login and a password through an image uploaded to a file hosting service when trading an account). Warning. Suspension of the account in case of repeated violations (without suspension of payouts).

When selling in some sections of the website, the system offers the buyer and the seller to join a voice chat in Discord by clicking on the corresponding link. However, sharing contact information on FunPay chat or Discord, such as adding each other as friends, is still a violation.

If you would like to exchange contact information with another seller for joint work on orders, please submit a support ticket.

The administration reserves the right to communicate with sellers as a mystery shopper to assess compliance and identify violations of rules.

The administration reserves the right to mitigate or lift any imposed sanction if it is inappropriate in a particular case.

2. Rules for sellers

2.1. Prohibited actions

2.1.3. Unfairly competing with other sellers (for example, purchasing products with the purpose of leaving negative reviews, making false complaints, etc.). Temporary suspension of the main account.
2.1.4. Unreasonable ignoring of customers’ questions. Warning. Suspension of the account in case of repeated violations.
2.1.5. Placing invalid offers or offers with an invalid price on purpose. Temporary suspension of the account. Permanent suspension of the account may be applied (without suspension of payouts).
2.1.7. When using the “Automatic delivery” function, it is prohibited to enter extraneous information in the “Products” field; this field must contain only products. Warning. Suspension of the account in case of repeated violations.
2.1.8. The “Automatic delivery” function must not be used for products that require communication or additional services (for example, re-linking). Warning. Suspension of the account in case of repeated violations.
2.1.9. Violation of the rules on the page for posting offers (present in some sections). Ignoring mailings and notifications from the administration. Deleting all offers, warning. Temporary suspension of the account in case of repeated violations.
2.1.10. Duplicating offers, messing with the list of offers. Placing purchase offers. Deleting all offers. Temporary suspension of the account in case of repeated violations.
2.1.11. Selling a product or a service through a section not intended for this (for example, selling in-game currency through an item section). Adjustment of a service fee to the appropriate section. Suspension of the account in case of repeated violations (without suspension of payouts).
2.1.12. Posting in offers images with illegal, extremist, pornographic, or political content (flags, historical figures, etc.), as well as with links, photographs of people, mentions of third-party internet resources, and images unrelated to the product or trading process. Deleting images or offers. Suspension of the account in case of repeated violations (without refusal of payouts).
2.1.13. Posting in offers any information (including images), which violates the rights and legitimate interests of third parties. Deleting offers. Suspension of the account in case of repeated violations (without refusal of payouts).

2.2 Prohibited product categories

2.2.1. Selling products obtained by illegal means such as hacking, brute-force, carding, etc. Permanent suspension of the account. The user will have to complete the identity confirmation process within 60 days to receive payments from the account balance.
2.2.2. Providing training on or selling information about illegal activities (duping, carding, etc.). Permanent suspension of the account. The user will have to complete the identity confirmation process within 60 days to receive payments from the account balance.
2.2.3. Selling personal data. Permanent suspension of the account. The user will have to complete the identity confirmation process within 60 days to receive payments from the account balance.
2.2.4. Selling and distributing unlicensed and/or malicious software. Permanent suspension of the account. The user will have to complete the identity confirmation process within 30 days to receive payments from the account balance.
2.2.5. Selling social network accounts and subscriptions to online cinemas and streaming services, except for those for which there are special sections. Permanent suspension of the account. 2.2.6. Selling phone numbers (including virtual ones). Permanent suspension of the account. The user will have to complete the identity confirmation process within 30 days to receive payments from the account balance.
2.2.7. Selling accounts in bulk, except those you created personally. Permanent suspension of the account. The user will have to complete the identity confirmation process within 30 days to receive payments from the account balance.
2.2.8. Selling adult-oriented products and services that include pornography and/or sexually explicit materials. Permanent suspension of the account. The user will have to complete the identity confirmation process within 30 days to receive payments from the account balance.
2.2.9. Selling products and services related to spam and mass mailing. Permanent suspension of the account. The user will have to complete the identity confirmation process within 30 days to receive payments from the account balance.
2.2.10. Selling products and services related to gambling and casinos. Permanent suspension of the account. The user will have to complete the identity confirmation process within 30 days to receive payments from the account balance.
2.2.11. Selling any top-up and promotion methods. Permanent suspension of the account. The user will have to complete the identity confirmation process within 30 days to receive payments from the account balance.
2.2.12. Reselling accounts with offline access, Game Pass subscriptions. Warning. Temporary suspension of the account in case of repeated violations.
2.2.13. Holding lotteries and sweepstakes, selling “random” products or services. Warning. Permanent suspension of the account in case of repeated violations (without suspension of payouts).

The administration reserves the right to inspect products placed on the website.

3. Responsibility of sellers


Responsibility
3.1.1. Refusal to perform tasks assigned by the arbitration specialist, ignoring their messages, and inactivity during the dispute resolution. Refund up to 100% of the order amount.
3.1.2. Refusal to advise the buyer regarding their order, ignoring the buyer’s questions, lack of service. Refund up to 100% of the order amount.
3.2. In-game currency and items
3.2.1. The administration of the game applied sanctions to the buyer because the in-game currency or items were obtained illegally (fraud, abusing game bugs, etc.). Refund up to 100% of the order amount.
3.2.2. The administration of the game applied sanctions to the buyer due to the purchase of in-game currency or items. Refund up to 50% of the order amount.
3.2.3. The Seller is responsible for covering any in-game commission associated with the currency transfer. The Buyer is entitled to receive the full amount specified in the order. Exceptions to this rule are noted in sections where otherwise indicated (for example, "Rubles for Escape from Tarkov"). Refund of the commission fee.
3.2.4. The price of top up currency shall be listed without including any bonuses or special offers. Any additional currency received from bonuses or special offers cannot be included as part of the original amount of currency purchased. Partial refund of the order, that is proportional to the value of bonuses received.
3.3. Accounts
3.3.1. Loss of access to the account by the buyer due to the access recovery by the seller or the original owner with the help of the game support service or in any other way. Refund up to 100% of the order amount.
3.3.2. Account suspension by the administration of the game due to the very fact of its buying/selling. Refund up to 50% of the order amount.
3.4. Services
3.4.1. A significant change in the account characteristics that was not agreed with the buyer such as an increase in the Player Killer counter in Lineage 2, change of conduct summary when boosting MMR in Dota 2, loss of in-game items from the account, etc. Compensation for the damage caused.
3.4.2. Performing a service with a negative result (for example, decreasing MMR in Dota 2 instead of increasing it). Full refund and compensation for the damage caused.
3.4.3. Account suspension due to poor-quality services (for example, due to the seller using bots or other software prohibited by the game publisher). Full refund and additional compensation.
3.4.4. Account suspension due to the service provided. Refund up to 50% of the order amount.
3.4.5. Unreasonable refusal of the seller to further provide the service. 50% of the work done is paid.
3.4.6. Delay in the terms agreed with the buyer. Payment is reduced in direct proportion to the delay. For example, if the deadline is extended by 1.5 times, the payment is reduced by 1.5 times.

Each dispute between the buyer and the seller is individual, so the final decision on the extent of the seller’s responsibility may differ significantly from the one written above. Established agreements between the seller and the buyer can be considered upon review of a dispute.
